If you need to get in touch with a person or business in the UK, you may wish to do so by telephone. Of course, this can prove a little tricky if you don't happen to have their telephone number. If you are unable to get in touch any other way, finding a UK telephone number is easy.
Instructions
1. Make sure you have enough information to conduct your search. In addition to the person's or business's name, having as specific a location as possible will help tremendously.
2. Look up the person or business's telephone number in an online version of a UK phone book, such as the BT Phone Directory. Both the White and Yellow pages are included (see Resources).
3. Try searching through the UK Electoral Roll (see Resources) if your phone book search for a residential number proved unsuccessful. While you have to pay in order to use this resource, the fee may prove worth it. The UK Electoral Roll lists contact information for all of the UK's voters.
