2. Post a notice in your establishment in a place that is clearly visible to the public. This notice must be posted for 10 consecutive days. This is to inform the public that you are applying for a license. The state of Maryland will likely send out an inspector to make sure you have completed this task.
3. Submit to an inquiry by the Liquor Licensing Board. These people are required to determine if you are fit to have the license.
